Production crisis: the day Gais decided to paint...
August 21, 2014
We know Gais for a while now, but after a few weeks waiting for his creative process to become something definite, he managed to get some people 'quite stressed out'!
"Where is the white primer? I need white primer! There's no white primer at all..." was a simple phone call from the deposit that changed a sunny day into a cloudy one for some of us at the back office...
And that, after we passed the phase in which he was determined to paint the whole viaduct in three colours only. "I totally changed my plans" was another simple phrase introducing his creative explorations of his inner self.
And after these stressful moments, a ray of light descended from the extraterrestrial galactic space Gais might possibly come from, underlined with the third simple phrase: "I don't understand what took me so long! I am so happy I finally started!" Ahhh really Gais!? Fala sério!
Now, it's only time to tell us what these lines will bring us...
Some terms appropriate for Gais' art: minimalistic, abstract, contemporary white.
